If you think that it’s acceptable to eat fatty fast food on a regular basis, then you can take your deep fried meal and SHOVE IT

…into your mouth, because that sounds delicious and you have every right to eat the food that makes you most comfortable. Perfectly balanced dishes of leafy greens and seasoned lean meats aren’t always available, feasible or appealing, so don’t feel ashamed of controlling your diet in the manner that you see most fit.
